Welcome to Meitech’s Ethics Hotline.

The Ethics Hotline is a channel provided by Meitech for employees, suppliers, service providers, partners, and other stakeholders to report complaints, information, or concerns regarding potential violations of the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, internal policies, and applicable laws — including Anti-Corruption legislation — as well as situations involving fraud, harassment, discrimination, conflicts of interest, or any other form of misconduct.

Employees must also use the Ethics Hotline to report situations that may involve conflicts of interest, such as family relationships between employees, close relationships with suppliers or customers, side businesses, or ownership interests that could impact the company’s activities.

When submitting a report, individuals may choose to identify themselves or remain anonymous. All information received will be handled with strict confidentiality by the Ethics and Compliance Committee, ensuring the protection of the reporting party and the proper handling of each situation, free from conflicts of interest.

Meitech is committed to investigating all reports received with seriousness, impartiality, and accountability, taking the appropriate disciplinary, corrective, and/or legal measures whenever misconduct or violations of internal policies and applicable laws are identified.

All submissions may be monitored through the channel itself, ensuring transparency throughout the process.

Reports are handled according to the following principles:

• Confidentiality of information will be strictly maintained;
• Anonymity will be guaranteed to those who choose it;
• Investigations will be conducted with impartiality, independence, and respect;
• Reports lacking sufficient information to enable a proper investigation may not proceed;
• Reports made in bad faith with the intent to harm others may be subject to disciplinary action;
• Any form of retaliation against good-faith whistleblowers is strictly prohibited and subject to appropriate measures.
