The solutions implemented by the client include the structural module of the automatic cut line with its various modules for portioning poultry carcasses
Frango Dourado, a poultry processing plant located in Brazil, faced challenges in its production line. The company sought to increase its production capacity, reduce operational costs, and minimize waste, all while maintaining the final quality of its products. To achieve these goals, the plant invested in a complete line of equipment for automating the chicken cutting process, provided by Meitech.
The solutions implemented by the client include the complete structure of Meitech’s automatic cut line, along with several cutting modules. Among the acquired modules: wing, neck, rump, pre-cut, breast cap, carcass (front-half), anatomical thigh cut, thigh and drumstick cuts. Additionally, operational equipment and accessories were included, totaling more than ten modules purchased.
Before this acquisition, the plant’s production line was entirely manual, with a limited processing capacity of up to three thousand carcasses per hour. This scenario negatively impacted productivity and increased production and operational costs.
Thus, with growing demand, the company needed to find a solution that optimized the process and gradually increased its production volume, while keeping investment costs, maintenance, and operational ease in check, all while maintaining the quality standards and sanitary specifications required by the industry.
Meitech’s cutting solutions provide precision and high performance in every cut.
The hygienic design, which meets the highest required standards, makes the equipment easy to clean and ensures food safety at every stage. Moreover, with the ability to process up to 7,500 carcasses per hour and offering a high level of customization, these solutions guarantee precise cuts and more efficient processes.
The partnership between Meitech and Frango Dourado brought significant results to the business. The shift from a manual process to an automated production line not only increased capacity and efficiency but also resulted in cost savings and improved product quality.
“Meitech demonstrated a deep understanding of our company’s needs and provided solutions that seamlessly integrated with our processes. The quality of the machines and the continuous technical support from Meitech’s team were key to the success of this project.” – Nelson Schneiders, Industrial Manager at Frango Dourado.
In conclusion, this supply reinforces Meitech’s commitment to developing innovative and effective solutions for the poultry sector, contributing to the growth and competitiveness of its clients.
