The agreement, finalized in November, includes Alitecno in Peru, OAB in Bolivia, and Talsa in Colombia, which now represent Meitech.
CMS will represent Meitech’s complete line of poultry processing equipment in the U.S. and provide installations, servicing, and OEM parts.
